Status : OnlineAfter Microsoft Office is installed, open MS Word, PowerPoint, or Excel. You will be prompted to Activate Office. Click Sign In. Enter your MCPS student ID followed by “@mcpsmd.org” (ex. 123456@mcpsmd.org) and click Next. Enter your password and click Sign In.

Status : OnlineAll MCPS employees are entitled to download and install the Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) on up to 5 PC or Mac computers. Rather than using webmail, staff can use the Outlook desktop application if they download and install Microsoft Office on their home computers.

Retiring or terminating employees will no longer have access to Outlook and ePaystub within days of leaving MCPS. Your last pay advice will be mailed to the home address on record with MCPS.
