Figured this mess out. Use this link to login to ea though your xbox account. (If the link does not take you to a sign in page look at the top right your probably signed in to an ea account already just Log out at the top right then go to login at the top or use the link again and chose to sign in via xbox live or psn.)

The EA account I used for FIFA 16 and/or 15 has a old e-mail that I do not use anymore and I can not access that e-mail anymore, that old account is linked to my xbox account that I do still use. Now when I try to log in in FIFA 20 I get a log in screen and it says that I already have a EA-account with my old e-mail.
